Construction Law Attorney

Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP, a premier New York-based full service commercial law firm, is seeking an attorney with two to four years of construction contract experience to join our construction law practice group as an associate. Our practice provides the full scope of construction contracting services. This attorney will have a focus on negotiating and preparing construction management, general construction, design services, building services, consulting, neighbor access, and related agreements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess superior written and verbal communication skills, as well as have a demonstrated outstanding work ethic and be New York admitted. Our firm is presently following a hybrid working program with three days in office and two remote days. Estimated salary range: $155,000 - $235,000/year, plus bonus opportunity.
